Start with a conversation about the occasion, your approximate date and the experience you have in mind. You do not need every detail figured out.
What is the difference between planning and coordination?
Full-service planning provides guidance through more of the journey; coordination focuses on bringing existing arrangements together nearer the event. Exact responsibilities depend on the real planner’s agreement.
Can we inquire before setting a date or venue?
Yes. Share a preferred season, location or any early ideas. A real business must confirm availability and service areas before making any commitments.
Does sending an inquiry confirm a booking?
No. An inquiry begins a conversation. Availability, pricing, contract terms and a confirmed booking are handled separately. This demonstration requires a verified recipient before live use.
